Usage limits
What this is
Your plan sets limits on how many links, workspaces, clicks, and other resources you can use. This page explains each limit.
Limits explained

Before you start
- Open My Plan to see your current usage for links, workspaces, and similar caps.
- Storage usage is estimated once per day. Look in Workspace Settings or Account (owners) for the latest snapshot. If it says “Not computed yet,” limits are not enforced yet.
What happens when you hit a limit
- Link limit — you cannot create new links until you delete some or upgrade.
- Monthly link limit — you cannot create more links this month. Resets at the start of the next calendar month.
- Tracked clicks limit — new clicks may not be recorded in analytics. Redirects still work.
- Storage — this is a soft guardrail. At 80% you see a warning. Between 100% and 125% you can still upload landing-page images, start imports, and generate report files. At 125% those heavy writes are paused. Redirects, clicks, and ordinary link edits are never blocked by storage.
- Other limits — you'll see an error or upgrade prompt when trying to exceed them.
Tips
- Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).
- Storage is an estimate of database rows plus uploaded files, not a live invoice. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately against the last snapshot.
