Getting started

Create an account

Sign up with a display name, email, and password to start using {{productName}}.

  1. Open the sign-in page and click Create account.
  2. Enter your display name, email, and password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Click Create account.
  4. Verify your email or complete two-factor sign-in if prompted.

Access your links, Insights, and settings with email and password.

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Complete two-factor or email verification if required.

Verify your email

Confirm your email when this site requires it before you can use the app.

  1. After sign-in, follow the Verify your email prompt.
  2. Open the message in your inbox and click the verification link.
  3. Return to the app and continue.

Two-factor sign-in

Finish login with a 6-digit code emailed to you when two-factor authentication is on.

  1. After your password is accepted, open Check your email.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code.
  3. Click Verify and sign in.

Reset your password

Request a reset link by email and choose a new password.

  1. On sign-in, click Forgot password? and enter your email.
  2. Open the reset link from your inbox.
  3. Enter a new password twice and click Reset password.

Find Home, Links, Insights, Domains, Campaigns, QR Codes, Landing Pages, and Settings from the sidebar (desktop) or tab bar (mobile).

  1. Use the sidebar or bottom tabs (and More on mobile).
  2. Open the profile menu for Account, My Plan, Workspace Settings, and Sign out.
  3. Switch workspaces from the top of the sidebar.
  4. Press ⌘K / Ctrl+K for global search; use the floating Assistant for help.

Home dashboard

Quick shorten

Paste a URL on Home and create a short link in one step.

  1. Open Home.
  2. Paste the full destination URL into Shorten a link.
  3. Optionally set a custom path.
  4. Click Shorten, then copy and share.

Customize your dashboard

Show or hide Home widgets. Preferences are stored per device.

  1. On Home, click Customize.
  2. Toggle widgets such as quick shorten, shortcuts, metrics, and recent links.
  3. Close the panel — changes save automatically.

Create a tracked short link that redirects visitors to your destination.

  1. Open Links and click Create link.
  2. Paste the full destination URL (include https://).
  3. Optionally customize the path, display name, UTM tags, or advanced settings.
  4. Click Publish link and copy the short URL from the share dialog.

Browser extension

Shorten the current tab or a right-clicked link from Chrome, then copy the short URL.

  1. Create an API key under Workspace Settings → Developer API.
  2. Load the unpacked extension or install it from the Chrome Web Store when published.
  3. Paste the key in Options and click Save and test.
  4. Use the toolbar popup, right-click menu, or Alt+Shift+L.

Search, filter, sort, star, and open links in card or table view.

  1. Open Links.
  2. Search by name, path, or destination.
  3. Use Filters for status, availability, starred, domain, or campaign.
  4. Sort and switch between Cards and Table; click a link for Overview, Insights, or Settings.

  1. Open a link from Links.
  2. On Overview, review share options, performance, destination, and delivery method.
  3. Jump to full Insights or edit in Settings when you need more.

Changing a published path breaks the old short URL and any printed QR codes.

  2. Copy the main short URL, or expand Share by channel.
  3. Copy the channel link you need (social, email, ads, QR, or custom).

Bulk actions

Select many links at once to star, enable, disable, delete, or restore them.

  1. On Links, click Select.
  2. Check the links you want.
  3. Choose Star, Enable, Disable, Delete, or Restore, then confirm.

Import and export

Back up or migrate links with CSV or JSON (including Bit.ly and Rebrandly formats).

  1. On Links, open Import / export.
  2. Export: choose all or filtered links → Download CSV.
  3. Import: choose a file → review the preview → Start import.

Delete and restore

Soft-delete a link so the short URL stops working; restore within 30 days.

  1. Open link actions → Delete and confirm.
  2. To restore: Filters → Status DeletedRestore.
  3. Prefer turning Link active off when you want to pause without deleting.

Custom path and domain

Choose a branded short path and serve the link from a verified custom domain.

  1. In Settings, set a Custom path (4–64 characters).
  2. Select a verified Short link domain if you use one.
  3. Save changes.

Redirect and expiration

Choose the HTTP redirect type and optionally stop the link after a date and time.

  1. In Settings, set Redirect type (usually 302).
  2. Under Stop working after, pick a date and time, then save.
  3. Remove the expiration date later if you want the link to work again.

UTM and campaign tags

Append source, medium, campaign, term, and content tags to the destination on click.

  1. In Settings, open Landing page tags.
  2. Fill Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, and Content as needed.
  3. Preview the share URL and save.

Links that share the same Campaign tag appear together on the Campaigns page.

Password protection

Require a password before visitors are redirected.

  1. In Settings, enter a Visitor password.
  2. Save changes.
  3. Share the password separately from the short URL.

URL Cloak and Advanced cloak

Keep the short URL in the browser address bar. Advanced cloak proxies the destination through your custom domain.

  1. In Settings, enable URL Cloak and save.
  2. For Advanced cloak: use a verified custom domain, enable Cloak, then turn on Advanced cloaking.
  3. Save changes.

Customize the title, description, and image shown when the link is shared on social apps.

  1. In Settings, open Social link preview.
  2. Set title, description, and image URL (or import from the destination).
  3. Review the preview card and save.

Password-protected links still show this card when shared. Visitors who open the link still enter the password.

Split testing

Send traffic across up to four destinations with weights that total 100%.

  1. In Settings, enable A/B split test.
  2. Add variants with a label, weight %, and destination URL.
  3. Make sure weights add up to 100%, then save.

Results appear under Insights for that link.

Interstitial page

Show a short branded message and countdown before the redirect.

  1. In Settings, enable Show redirect screen.
  2. Set the page title, message, and countdown seconds.
  3. Save changes. Three to five seconds usually works well.

Drop mode

Run a named product or merch launch from one short link: ready-to-post captions, themed images, live clicks, a sold-out page, and a recap card.

  1. On the link Overview, choose Set up this drop, name it, pick a vibe, and click Go live.
  2. Pick a channel, copy the caption, and save the image for that app.
  3. Click Mark sold out when the drop ends. Visitors see your themed sold-out page instead of the destination.
  4. Share a recap image, or click Restart drop to go live again on the same link.

You can also choose Live drop when you start a campaign.

Dynamic routing

Route visitors by country, device, language, or schedule. The first matching rule wins (up to five rules).

  1. In Settings, click Add routing rule.
  2. Set the destination and match conditions (countries, devices, languages, schedule).
  3. Order rules from top to bottom; unmatched traffic uses the default destination.
  4. Save changes.

Conversion goals

Track sign-ups, purchases, and other post-click actions with a pixel on thank-you pages.

  1. From the link’s Insights or Settings, open conversion tracking and add a goal.
  2. Give it a name and slug, then copy the pixel URL or code.
  3. Paste the pixel on your thank-you or confirmation page.
  4. Conversions appear under Insights → Conversions.

Transfer a link (and its analytics) to another workspace you can write to.

  1. In Settings, click Move to another workspace.
  2. Choose the destination and confirm.
  3. The short URL stays the same unless the path is already taken.

Create a QR code

Create a short link and QR code together from any URL.

  1. Open QR Codes and click Create QR code.
  2. Paste the destination URL.
  3. Click Create QR.
  4. Or open an existing link and use the QR button on the detail page.

Customize and download

Style the QR with colors, dots, logo, and error correction, then download a PNG.

  1. Open the QR modal from View QR or the link QR button.
  2. Adjust size, colors, dots and corners, quiet zone, error correction, and logo.
  3. Click Download PNG. Optionally copy the short link.

Changing a published path invalidates printed codes.

Campaigns

Start a campaign

Launch a UTM-tagged short link and group more links under the same campaign name.

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Paste a destination URL and enter a campaign name.
  3. Optionally set default source and medium, then click Launch campaign.
  4. On the campaign detail page, add more links or set the Campaign tag on existing links in Settings.

Compare clicks across every link tagged with a campaign.

  1. Open Campaigns and select a campaign.
  2. Review total clicks and the per-link breakdown.
  3. Use Share by channel or open a link for full Insights.

Custom domains

Add and verify a domain

Connect your own hostname so short links and landing pages use your brand.

  1. Open Domains, enter the hostname, and click Add domain.
  2. Add the CNAME and TXT records at your DNS provider.
  3. Wait for DNS to propagate, then click Verify DNS.
  4. When status is Verified, select the domain on links and landing pages.

Not-found redirects

Send visitors to a fallback URL when a short path does not exist on your custom domain.

  1. Per domain: Domains → 404 redirect → enter a fallback URL → save.
  2. Or set a workspace default under Workspace Settings → 404 redirects.
  3. Per-domain settings override the workspace default.

Create a landing page

Build a link-in-bio or promo page at /l/your-path with a live phone preview.

  1. Open Landing Pages and click New landing page.
  2. Enter a display name and optional page path.
  3. Click Create — the editor opens and saves as you work.

Edit content and blocks

Set the header and add Link, Button, Social, Text, and Divider blocks.

  1. On the Content tab, set display name, tagline, and avatar.
  2. Add blocks and set labels and URLs (or pick a tracked short link).
  3. Drag to reorder; use Hide / Show without deleting a block.
  4. Check the phone preview on the right.

Design and themes

Pick a theme, font, and spacing. Higher plans unlock custom colors and button styles.

  1. Open the Design tab and choose a theme.
  2. Set font and spacing (Compact, Cozy, or Roomy).
  3. On plans that include advanced themes, customize accent, background, text, buttons, avatar size, and corners.
  4. Under Settings, fill Sharing & SEO title, description, and image.

Publish and share

Make the page live, copy the public URL, and optionally serve it on a custom domain.

  1. Review the preview and click Publish.
  2. Copy the URL or open the live page.
  3. Click Unpublish anytime to take it offline without deleting content.
  4. In Settings, select a verified custom domain if you use one.

  1. Open the landing page and go to Analytics.
  2. Review page views, total clicks, and per-block counts.
  3. Reorder or promote the blocks that perform best.

Date ranges and filters

Scope every Insights chart to Last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom range.

  1. Open Insights (or a link’s Insights tab).
  2. Click the date control and pick a preset or custom start and end.
  3. Charts and tables update for that period.

Create and switch workspaces

Keep projects separate. Switch, create, rename, or delete workspaces (owner for rename/delete).

  1. Click the workspace name in the sidebar and select another workspace.
  2. To create one: Manage → enter a name → Create.
  3. Owners can rename or delete via the manage icons (personal default workspace cannot be renamed or deleted).

Invite team members

Invite people by email as Member (can edit) or Analyst (read-only).

  1. Open Workspace Settings → Sharing.
  2. Enter an email and role, then Send invite.
  3. Manage members, change roles, or revoke pending invites (invites expire in 7 days).

Workspace roles

Owner, Member, and Analyst control who can edit links, invite others, and manage API keys.

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Change Member ↔ Analyst, or remove someone and confirm.
  3. Only the owner manages invites, API keys, and data policy.

Accept an invite

Join a workspace from the invite email (use the same email address).

  1. Open the invite link.
  2. Sign in or create an account with the invited email.
  3. The invite is accepted automatically — switch to the workspace from the menu.

Owners can edit these settings; other members can view them.

Draft retention

Automatically delete unpublished drafts older than a set number of days.

  1. Open Workspace Settings → Draft preservation.
  2. Choose a retention period (for example 7–90 days).
  3. Save draft settings. Published links are not affected.

Control analytics retention, what click data is collected, and the conversion matching window.

  1. Open Settings → Data & privacy.
  2. Set the retention period and toggle collection categories.

API keys

Create and revoke workspace API keys. Keys are shown once; use them as Bearer tokens.

  1. Open Workspace Settings → Developer API.
  2. Enter a key name and click Create API key.
  3. Copy the key immediately.
  4. Revoke unused keys when you no longer need them.

  1. Create an API key.
  2. POST an import job with destinations and optional UTM fields.
  3. Poll until the job is completed, then fetch results.

Plans and billing

Understand your plan

See your current plan and usage meters.

  1. Open the profile menu → My Plan.
  2. Review the plan name and meters (links, workspaces, domains, landing pages, monthly creates and clicks, API keys, members, AI messages).
  3. Click Compare all plans for the full matrix.

Usage limits

Know what each meter means and what happens when you hit a limit.

  1. Open My Plan for current usage.
  2. Monthly create or click limits reset on the 1st of the month (UTC).
  3. Hitting a create limit blocks new links; hitting a click limit still redirects but may stop analytics.

Compare plans side by side and upgrade through Stripe Checkout.

  1. My Plan → Compare all plans.
  2. Review limits and feature groups.
  3. Click Upgrade to [plan] and complete Checkout. The new plan is active immediately.

Two-factor authentication

Enable or disable email two-factor authentication from Account.

  1. Account → Enable two-factor authentication.
  2. Or Disable if your organization allows it.
  3. After enabling, sign-in requires the email code.

Appearance and language

Choose Light, Dark, or System theme, and English or Turkish.

  1. In the sidebar footer (or More on mobile), set Theme.
  2. Use the language switcher for English or Turkish.
  3. Changes apply immediately and are stored in the browser.

Jump to pages, actions, links, domains, settings, and campaigns from anywhere.

  1. Press ⌘K / Ctrl+K (or open Search from the sidebar / mobile tab).
  2. Type a query and use ↑↓ to navigate.
  3. Press Enter to open; Esc to close.

AI assistant

Ask questions about your workspace, look up product help, and confirm write actions the assistant proposes.

  1. Open the floating Assistant and accept the first-use notice.
  2. Ask a question or pick a suggested prompt, then Send.
  3. For write proposals, review and click Confirm or Cancel (proposals expire after about 10 minutes).

Analysts can chat but cannot confirm writes. A daily message limit may apply.
