Reset your password

What this is

If you forgot your password, you can request a reset link by email and choose a new password.

Before you start

• You need access to the email address on your account.

Steps

Request a reset link

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email.
3. Click Send reset link.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check spam).

Set a new password

1. Open the reset link from the email.
2. Enter your New password (at least 8 characters).
3. Enter the same password in Confirm password.
4. Click Reset password.
5. Sign in with your new password on the Sign in page.

What happens next

Your password is updated. All existing sessions are signed out for security.

Tips

• If the reset link expired, go back to Forgot password? and request a new one.
• If you don't receive an email, the address may not be registered — try a different email or contact your administrator.
