Two-factor sign-in

What this is

Two-factor sign-in adds an extra step after your password. {{productName}} sends a 6-digit code to your email. You enter the code to finish signing in.

Before you start

• You've entered your email and password and clicked Sign in.
• Two-factor sign-in is enabled on your account or required by your organization.

Steps

1. After signing in with your password, you'll see Check your email.
2. Open your email and find the 6-digit sign-in code.
3. Enter the code in the Verification code field.
4. Click Verify and sign in.

What happens next

You're signed in and taken to Home (or the page you were trying to reach).

Tips

• Didn't get the code? Click Resend code.
• Made a mistake? Click Back to sign in and try again.
• You can also enable or disable two-factor sign-in from Account settings.
