What visitors see
When someone clicks your short link, they may see different pages depending on how you've configured the link.
Normal redirect
By default, visitors are redirected immediately to your destination URL. They may not notice they clicked a short link.
Password-protected link
If you've set a Visitor password, visitors see a Password required page. They must enter the correct password before being redirected.
What to tell your audience: Share the password separately from the link (for example in a private message or email).
Disabled link
If Link active is turned off, visitors see This link is unavailable. The page explains that the link has been turned off.
To fix: Turn Link active back on in the link's Settings tab.
Expired link
If the Stop working after date has passed, visitors cannot reach the destination.
To fix: Remove or update the expiration date in Settings.
Interstitial page
If you've enabled Show redirect screen, visitors see your message and a countdown before being redirected.
URL Cloak
With URL Cloak enabled, visitors see your short URL in the browser address bar instead of the destination URL.
Landing page
If the short URL points to a landing page, visitors see your link-in-bio page with your profile, links, and buttons.
