Draft retention

What this is

Unpublished link drafts that haven't been updated within a set period are automatically deleted. This keeps your links list tidy.

Before you start

• You are the workspace owner.

Steps

1. Open Workspace Settings.
2. Find Draft preservation.
3. Choose a retention period (for example 7, 14, 30, or 90 days).
4. Click Save draft settings.

What happens next

Drafts older than the retention period are automatically removed. Published links are not affected.

Tips

• Your plan may limit the range of retention days you can choose.
• On some plans, retention is fixed and cannot be customized.
