Workspace 404 redirect

What this is

Set a default fallback URL for missing short links and landing pages on your custom domains.

Before you start

• Not-found redirects must be available on your plan.
• You are the workspace owner.

Steps

1. Open Workspace Settings.
2. Find 404 redirects.
3. Enter a Fallback URL (for example https://yourcompany.com).
4. Click Save changes.

What happens next

When someone visits a broken or missing link on any of your custom domains, they're redirected to this URL — unless a specific domain has its own override.

Tips

• Set per-domain overrides in Domains — see Not-found redirects.
• Leave empty to show a default error page.
